I need to cancel my order.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@commahome.com. We will be able to change anything on your order as long as the package has not shipped out yet. If the order has already shipped out, we won’t be able to fulfill the request. Please refer to our Returns/Exchange page for more information.
I need to return or exchange an item.
We all change our minds. You may return any new, unused item within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked. We currently do not exchange products, so you’ll have to place a new order and return the original. Please refer to our Returns/Exchange for more information.
